"Last summer, after Wisconsin’s GOP governor, Scott Walker, set down a new rule, one that was meant to silence the critics of his regime, more than 400 citations were issued to citizens of the state. Most of those arrested or cited are involved the Solidarity Sing Alongs, which are held every weekday at noon in the state’s Capital building.
